Awards
Our activities have received numerous awards and distinctions from the National Institute of Museums, among others. We are winners of the Museum Event of the Year Sibyl and Visible Museum competitions organised by the National Institute of Museums. In 2024 we were awarded the Certificate of the Polish Tourist Organisation for the Best Tourist Product 2024.
For years, the Museum Event of the Year competition has been the most important form of recognising the most outstanding achievements of Polish museums operating and performing their statutory tasks in Poland and abroad. The Sibyl is a promotion of the best models of museum activities and an invaluable source of knowledge about the history and development directions of Polish museology. The competition is organised every year by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the National Institute of Museums, whose role is to set standards in museology, create conditions for its development, disseminate its achievements and network Polish museums.
