Christmas is slowly approaching. It's time to get down to work and prepare gingerbread cookies that will evoke the Christmas spirit with their spicy aroma.
On Sunday, 1 December, we invite you to a Christmas workshop focusing on gingerbread decorations.

We offer workshops in two options:
- 10.00-11.30 a.m. – for children and families with children, duration 1.5 hours, cost PLN 20/person – place: the school from Trzebosi
- 12.30-2.30 p.m. for adults, duration 2 hours, cost PLN 30/person – place: the manor house from Brzeziny
- The cost of an entrance ticket to the open-air museum should be added to the price of the workshop.
During the first meeting, the little ones will be able to develop their creativity by decorating gingerbread for the Christmas tree with colourful icings and constructing three-dimensional ornaments from them. They will taste spices and try their hand at pounding in a mortar. They will also learn about traditional gingerbread moulds.
Adults will explore a tried-and-tested gingerbread recipe in this workshop. They can feel like Old Polish cooks in a court kitchen. They will make their own three-dimensional Christmas tree baubles or a small gingerbread nativity scene using gingerbread dough. They will also learn how to decorate gingerbread cakes with traditional royal icing.
